Enjoy fishing on-site from your own balcony, or take a short drive from the resort to reach a 27-hole golf course, as well as sailing, waterskiing, and other water sports. Hiking and biking trails are a great way to explore nearby Sam Houston National Forest. For big-city activities, plan a drive to Houston, about an hour away. Close by is Old Town Spring with many arts and crafts shops. Located not far away is the Texas Renaissance Festival, held for 6 weekends in October and November.

The Landing is a great place to recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of big city life without abandoning the possibility to shop and be entertained in Houston. For recreation, it’s all located at The Landing. Bring your boat and explore the beautiful 21,000 acres Lake Conroe. Known for trophy bass, many area fishing tournaments are held on the lake year-round. If fishing or water skiing is your game, boats can be rented from the various marinas.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort The closest commercial airport is Bush Intercontinental Airport, approximately 35 miles away. From the airport, take the North Belt to I-45. Take I-45 north (Dallas Freeway) to Conroe. Continue to Seven Coves Drive Exit (exit 92). Turn left and proceed on Seven Coves Drive to the Seven Coves subdivision, about 5 miles from the freeway. At the subdivision, turn left onto Kingston Cove (lighthouse is on the corner). Go 1 mile to the resort located on the left.
